Well-cared-for, smooth and firm skin of the face and neck is a showcase for each of us. Its appearance determines our well-being and is a litmus test of our health. The secret of a great look is daily, systematic care matched to the type and needs of your skin. It is based on a few basic principles. The morning ritual should begin with a gentle washing of the skin with gel, milk or micellar water. Thanks to this, we remove the remnants of products intended for overnight care, combined with sweat and sebum, from the surface of the skin. Then we rub the face with a tonic to quickly balance the pH level and refresh the skin. As a result, the active ingredients from serum or cream will be absorbed faster and work more effectively. Before leaving the house, we still need to apply a foundation with a 3-in-1 formula to give the skin a perfect look for the whole day, and at the same time to lift it and protect it from the effects of unfavourable external factors. In the evening, the most important thing is to thoroughly cleanse the skin of the remnants of make-up with the same product that was applied in the morning. For this purpose, you can also use natural make-up removing oil, which will effectively remove any make-up cosmetic. We repeat toning in the evening, as well. Then, we apply our favourite eye cream, serum or night cream. Once a week, the skin of the face and neck should be cleaned of dead, calloused epidermis with peeling matched to our skin type. After exfoliation, our skin is more supplied with blood, oxygenated and absorbent. Therefore, it is a perfect time to apply a naturally cleansing or moisturizing face mask and leave it on for a minimum of 15-20 minutes. If you choose a cream overnight mask, you don’t need to do anything else. By following these rules and using Clarena cosmetics, you will give your skin a young, healthy and radiant look every day.
